Coffee anyone?

I can't help it. Coffee is really addicting. I had 2 cups of strong coffee today. Add to that the 2 grande size of coffee (mocha and cappucino flavoured) Jorelly brought me this afternoon. Along with the coffee, Jorelly also brought me cheesecake! How thoughtful of him right? Hehehe :D Next time it's my turn!

So anyhow, since my addiction to coffee is a little bit unstoppable nowadays, I searched up the benefits of it in an individual. I found out that coffee is the #1 source of antioxidants and the second one is black tea. Upon reading this, I felt relieved. Also, I said to myself "Hey, I think it's not bad drinking 2-3 cups of coffee a day. "

Anyhow, as I was reading the whole article, the feeling of relief in me was brought down by these sentences:

"There is peace to know that coffee offers some benefits to our health. However, these results should not be interpreted as an incentive to increase your daily coffee intake. Too much coffee may actually increase the risk of heart disease for some people."

BOO. Let's just hope I dont belong to those "people" even though most of my folks in the maternal side have heart disease. And I think it's hereditary as well. BOO again.
